PREPARATION & COOKING
Open fryer: Cook to an internal temp of 160F. Oven: Preheat oven to 365F. Cook meat side up for 20-25 mins turning product over after 14 mins. Combi Oven: Preheat to 365F @ 0% humidity. Cook for 6 minutes with dry heat & full fan speed. Then cook for 16mins @333F, 92% humidity, combi mode, full fan speed. Note: Poultry must reach a minimum internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Perishable. KEEP FROZEN. Store at or below 0°F (-18°C)
