- • 1. Heat 4 L (140 fl oz) water at 200°F (95°C). DO NOT LET BOIL.
- • 2. Turn off heat. Add gravy mix gradually, stirring briskly.
- • 3. Turn on heat to 200°F (95°C). Stir briskly until smooth and thick. 1-2 minutes.
Culinary Applications
- • Nachos and poutines, on potatoes, on burgers and fries, as a dipping sauce, in omelets.
